You can book an appointment through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service hotline. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your appointment slot.

We offer a range of services, including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and specialized treatments like de-shedding and dental hygiene.

A typical grooming session lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the services requested and the pet’s size and temperament.

We groom dogs and cats and of all breeds and sizes. Please contact us for services related to other types of pets.

While it’s not required for you to be present for the entire session, we do ask for an initial meet-and-greet with your pet to ensure they’re comfortable with our groomer.

Just ensure your pet is ready and accessible at the scheduled time. We’ll handle everything else, including bringing all necessary equipment and clean-up after the session.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, as our schedule tends to fill up quickly, especially during holiday seasons.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our mobile grooming units are self-contained, equipped with their own water and power supply. Connection to water or electricity is not needed.

You will receive a notification via text, email, or our mobile app when your groomer is en route, including an estimated time of arrival.
